Through our affiliate Metal Goods Manufacturing, Phenix Foundry provides coordinated painting and coating services that transform cast components into finished, ready-to-use parts. By aligning surface finishing with casting and optional machining, we streamline production while maintaining control over final part performance and appearance.

We offer a range of finishing services supported by controlled processes and dedicated equipment, including: 

• Coating Types: We have two industrial paint booths for applying industrial-grade paint systems. Our coatings offer protection, durability, and visual uniformity. We work with powder coat facilities to provide powder coating.

• Surface Preparation: Dedicated media blasting removes scale and contaminants while establishing proper surface profile for coating adhesion.

• Application Control: Coatings are applied using defined processes to ensure even coverage across varying part geometries.

• Production Flexibility: Capable of supporting both small batch work and larger production runs with consistent execution.

• Finish Readiness: Components are delivered fully coated and prepared for immediate use or downstream assembly.
