Phenix Foundry, through its affiliate Metal Goods Manufacturing, offers coordinated coating and painting services that transform cast components into finished, ready-to-use parts. By integrating these processes with our casting operations and optional machining services, we help customers streamline production, reduce vendor complexity, and ensure consistent quality from initial pour through final finish.

Our coating capabilities include powder coating and other industrial coatings applied to enhance durability, corrosion resistance, and overall appearance. Finishes are carefully selected and applied to meet the functional and environmental demands of each application—whether the priority is long-term protection, visual uniformity, or both. 

From protective coatings on industrial components to painted finishes on end-use parts, our approach is built around performance and reliability.

A critical part of achieving a high-quality finish is proper surface preparation. Through Metal Goods Manufacturing we utilize a dedicated media blast room to thoroughly clean and prepare cast surfaces prior to coating or painting.

This process removes scale and contaminants while creating an ideal surface profile for strong coating adhesion. The result is a more uniform finish that performs consistently over time, even on complex geometries.
