By replacing complex weldments with well-designed castings, we simplify part design, improve consistency, and increase production efficiency—reducing reliance on multi-step fabrication and outside vendor coordination.

 

 

Converting weldments to castings can significantly reduce fabrication time by eliminating multiple cutting, fitting, and welding steps.

Close coordination allows for faster decision-making and ensures the final casting design maintains the intent of the original weldment—while improving manufacturability and alignment with end-use requirements.

Casting also enables the incorporation of design features—such as integrated ribs and other reinforcing features, mounting points, radiused transitions, and other geometry additions such as flanges or localized thickening that would be difficult or costly to achieve through fabrication alone.
